How Waw works
Verified sellers
Stores are reviewed before they can sell. Seller identity, contact details and catalogue offers are checked as part of onboarding.
Buyer protection
Eligible orders are covered by Waw's buyer-protection and dispute process. Prepaid payments are recorded and settled to sellers under that policy; this is not a regulated escrow account.
Nationwide delivery
Orders are dispatched through courier partners across Pakistan, generally within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines can vary by city and seller.
